Alzheimer's Support Group

The BrookHaven campus holds a monthly Alzheimer’s support group in the the Gathering Place inside our Independent Living community. The monthly meeting is led by Carole Fourman, RN. For more information ask to speak to Carole, or attend one of the sessions held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
