Believe in your health is a free monthly community wellness program focused on "building healthier communites today and tomorrow" in order to "provide a premier wellness environment to those we serve".  The program presented in partnership by BrookHaven Retirement Community and Good Samaritan Hospital.  All programs are open to all ages of the community. Each month there is a different topic to educate the community about all the facets of wellness.  The goal of the program is help each of us become happier and healthier.  Click your community below to find out more details, but feel free to come to all of them if you wish.  We hope to see you there!
